We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our valued customers. You will handle incoming inquiries, provide accurate and efficient information, and strive to exceed customer expectations in every interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies
• Collaborate with other departments to investigate and resolve customer issues
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:
