Job Description: As a Data Entry Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication and accurate data management. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
• Recording and maintaining accurate customer information in our database.
• Processing orders, payments, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
