Dermatologist – Outpatient
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation Range: $330-554k based on experience
Sign on bonus/relocation
A large, mission-driven healthcare organization in Massachusetts is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join a growing outpatient dermatology practice. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered dermatologic care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment that values clinical excellence and equitable access to care.
The ideal candidate will provide a broad range of general dermatology services and contribute to the continued growth of the dermatology program. Practice focus may be tailored based on clinical interests.
Provide comprehensive outpatient dermatologic care, including medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology
Diagnose and manage a wide range of dermatologic conditions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams
Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population
Participate in program development and quality initiatives as applicable
Full-time outpatient role
Ability to shape the practice around areas of interest (medical, procedural, cosmetic, or complex dermatology)
Strong clinical support, including nursing and medical assistant staff
Access to modern facilities and advanced technology
Collegial, team-based environment
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
