General Description:
The EHR Applications Manager (Procedural) provides leadership in establishing goals and priorities and in the overall management of the clinical applications team. This position ensures continuity and alignment of the clinical application services direction and plans with OU Medicine strategies, IT strategic plans, and facility needs. The EHR Applications Manager (Procedural) will lead the team in the deployment, implementation, and ongoing support of the EHR and supporting applications.
NOTE: This position may only be performed remotely from Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas. Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in project and/or team management
Or equivalent combination of education and experience. Four years of experience will be considered equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.
License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: Nursing license preferred. EHR certification in related modules preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
