Job Overview: Titan PMC, LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our growing residential construction and remodeling operations. This pivotal role combines financial management (accounts payable/receivable), project and permit coordination, and general office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Financial Support
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and payments
  • Upload invoices and documents into Buildertrend
  • Assist with monthly reconciliation and basic bookkeeping tasks
• Permit & Inspection Coordination
  • Submit and track building permits with local jurisdictions
  • Schedule inspections and maintain inspection schedules
  • Communicate with city and county offices as needed
• Project Administration
  • Manage project files and documentation
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating vendors, and client communications
  • Support project selections and track change orders
• General Office Management
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical records
  • Handle various office tasks, including document preparation and occasional deliveries to city offices

Qualifications

• Required
  • 5+ years of experience in administrative support, preferably in construction or real estate
  • Basic knowledge of accounts payable/receivable processes
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism when working with vendors, clients, and permitting offices
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to visit permitting offices as needed
• Preferred
  • Experience supporting residential construction projects
  • Familiarity with Buildertrend and QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of local permitting processes in Charleston County or surrounding areas
  • Spanish or Portuguese speaking a plus (not required)
