What you'll do...:
The Product Integrations Manager will lead efforts to define, coordinate, and optimize the end-to-end experience between clients and support teams for our blended channel products. This role will serve as a strategic connector across multiple operational and product teams to ensure seamless servicing and stellar experiences that blend across our digital and human interactions.
The role will align product and business requirements with strategic goals, nurture positive relationships with stakeholders, and is responsible for short- and long-term product results. Additionally, the PM manages the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs, and collaborates with engineering, design, operations, and customer care teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Day to day, you'll...
- Define and refine servicing and data flows between clients and support teams
- Writing user stores, requirements and acceptance criteria, and leading cross functional collaboration & grooming sessions
- Collaborate with Product, Assisted Operations and Retail Systems teams to advocate and ensure the hand offs between our digital experience to human experience is exemplary
- Partner across all lines of business to ensure the servicing experiences thru our digital products are consistent and scalable
- Engage in product discovery by understanding customer (and tax pro) needs through research and customer interactions and manage the discovery process
- Understand customer needs, manage project constraints, and create artifacts that align opportunities with business outcomes
- Engage with leadership to prioritize based on data-driven insights and outcome analysis
- Present findings to leaders, clearly articulating the rationale, methodology, and expected impact
- Collaborate with Assisted Operations, Workforce Planning, CCO, and Retail Systems teams to align operations, field experiences, training, and capacity planning for our humans behind our digital customer experiences
- Work cross-functionally to support tax pro training, onboarding, and performance visibility
- Influence routing logic and escalation paths to improve service delivery and reduce friction
- Investigate and help resolve servicing issues impacting clients and tax pros
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Leverage internal dashboards and tools to track experience metrics and identify gaps
- Support pilots and discovery work for new features and enhancements
- Identify and monitor key product metrics, drive A/B test design and execution, and ensure accountability for both short- and long-term product results
- Focus on delivering measurable outcomes and use data to guide decisions and assess success
- Partner with product and data teams to ensure delivery of reports, analytics and data needed to ensure success
What you'll bring to the team...:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
Work Experience:
- 3 years of experience in product management or a related role
- Familiarity with formal product management methodologies
- Basic technical understanding to be able to engage with engineering teams and familiarity with technology delivery/software development methodologies (notably Agile, Lean, DevOps)
- Demonstrated decision-making, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective in leading teams/squads in a matrix management environment with demonstrated record of establishing priorities and deadlines
- Effective written and oral presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels of internal associates, external vendors and business partners
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal formal supervision or guidance
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated effectiveness in presenting complex information to multiple organizational levels, with strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Introduction to formal product management methodologies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and product planning tools
It would be even better if you also had...:
- Introduction to structured technology delivery/software development lifecycles
- PMP certification, or equivalent, or completed work towards PMP certification, or equivalent
- Familiarity with compliance (regulatory, SOX, etc.) and governance issues
- Tax or financial industry background
- Experience with product planning tools (ADO, Aha, Atlassian)
- Familiarity with setting and driving against OKRs (Outcome and Key Results)

Pay Range Information:
The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
Qualifying associates can enroll themselves and/or their eligible dependents in medical and prescription drug coverage; can participate in the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k) Plan), the Employee Assistance Program, (virtual) fitness center programs, and the associate discount program; are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance; and receive Associate Tax Prep benefit.
Pay Range:
$81,600.00 - $122,400.00/Yr.
