Responsibilities:POSITION SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Division Orders Supervisor is responsible for a team of analysts handling Division Order activities within multiple geographical areas. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Must have at least (8) years of Division Order/Land Administration experience including (3) years of supervisory experience and mastery of the skills and knowledge required of a DOA.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team in line with organizational goals, with excellent professional judgement, a high level of autonomy in decision making, and demonstrated history of professional advancement and roles with increasing responsibilities and authority. Advanced Excel skills including V-Lookups & Pivot Tables are required. Prior project management experience is a plus.
Must have strong analytical skills including problem-solving, complicated computations and the ability to quickly manage a high volume of new wells and acquisitions. Must have a strong understanding of how division order data feeds to and interfaces with Revenue Accounting, Accounts Payable and Joint Interest Billing. A good understanding of Take-in-Kind and oil & gas and mineral leasing is required. This role will report to the VP-Land Admin.
