Job Summary Leverage lived experience to lead the Peer Specialists Limited (PSL) team. PSL is a non-profit, peer-led, and peer-specialist-driven agency. The Director/General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the agency, its programs, and its staff. Reporting directly to the PSL Board of Directors, the Director must be a Certified Parent and/or a Peer Specialist. Key responsibilities include staff supervision, ensuring full contract compliance, collaborating with funders, and maintaining the high quality of services provided to the community.
