Leave of Absence & Workers Compensation Specialist SummaryThe Specialist I, Leave of Absence & Workers Compensation is responsible for the daily support of the companys Leave of Absences (LOA) including, but not limited to Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), bereavement, jury duty, military duty, personal leaves and Pilot Medical Leaves and Workers Compensation program as well as Affordable Care Act (ACA) activities. This position will serve as support for LOA & Workers Compensation for Team Members, managers, and third-party vendors. In addition, the Specialist I will administer leaves in accordance with company policy while ensuring compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations.
