Overview: The role of the Respiratory Coordinator is to organize, direct and ensure the day-to-day effective operations of the Respiratory department. This individual is responsible for directing the daily workflow by assigning work, supervising and organizing the daily work schedule and collaborates with RT staff to achieve maximum utilization of services. The Coordinator will participate in and monitor the Quality Assurance (QA) and continuous quality improvement activities of the department. The Coordinator will serve as the educator to staff and other internal and external customers of Covenant HealthCare.
