The Role at a Glance: The Planning Services Director leads the Managed Solutions Planning team, overseeing strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of planning and project management services. This role has direct supervisory responsibility for Planning Services team members, including performance management, coaching, development, and workforce planning, and provides functional oversight of contingent and third-party planning resources as needed. Partnering closely with Account Management and Operations, the Director ensures resources are effectively allocated, projects aligned with defined scopes, and client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
