Overview of Position: General Manager Tunnel Oven is responsible for overall daily operations which includes, but are not limited to overseeing all aspects of sales, facilities management, ordering, processing (when necessary) and human resources. Essential functions are “Creating Magic Moments” for our guests while driving sales with a detailed plan to grow the business and managing costs. Making proper production orders to ensure adequate product levels to prevent outages, minimize waste, control food cost, maintain high food quality standards.
