Job Details Description Location/Department:  Hospital - Pharmacy PRN Job Summary: The registered pharmacist provides pharmacy services to MMH with an emphasis on clinical monitoring and therapeutic interventions with a goal to improve patient outcomes. The pharmacist will advocate for safe and effective dosing of medications and promote a culture that continuously improves the medication use process.
