*Job Description:* *Team Wellness Center* is seeking an *energetic, caring, and well-organized* *Community-Based Clinical Therapist* to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. As an ACT Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing essential services to individuals with the most serious forms of mental illness. You will spend the majority of your time in the community, helping members navigate today’s complex healthcare system by offering the tools, resources, and support they need for recovery.
