The Coordinator Quality/Patient Safety reports to the Director of Oncology with strong collaboration with leadership across the oncology service line.  This position supports the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered cancer care by overseeing clinical quality initiatives, regulatory accreditation readiness, and performance improvement activities. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting oncology quality metrics while ensuring compliance with standards from the Commission on Cancer (CoC), National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC), Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI), ASTRO and other governing bodies. The Coordinator Quality/Patient Safety partners closely with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams to maintain accreditation, improve outcomes, and support data-driven decision-making.
