The owners of Central Iowa Institute (CIFI) started their practice after years of serving the community through community mental health, and found that the restrictions and intense requirements made it difficult to do their best work. They set out to create a group practice where clinicians get to create the career they want. We want to hear what your ideal caseload looks like and fill you with the clients you enjoy. The research is clear, when therapists are happy, they provide more effective care. We are seeking experienced and talented Therapists to join our new and growing group practice and work with individuals, couples, and families.
