We are looking for an experienced litigation attorney to join our business and insurance coverage litigation department. Specifically, we are seeking an attorney with at least three years of civil litigation experience to join our firm. Most of our coverage cases involve underlying construction defect lawsuits, so knowledge of construction law is a plus, but not required. Notably, insurance coverage is substantially different than general insurance defense. Although this is a litigation position, it involves a fair amount of legal writing. The attorney will be attending depositions and mediations weekly. A typical day for the attorney involves drafting detailed motions to the Court and opinions to the client.
