Our client is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Development to lead and execute the company’s inorganic growth strategy, including acquisitions, partnerships, and de novo expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, structuring, and executing transactions that expand Resolve’s platform and geographic footprint.
