The Manager of Employee Relations & HR Operations serves as a key operational leader within the Human Resources department, overseeing employee relations activities and supporting HR operational processes across the organization. This role provides guidance to leaders and employees on workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and performance management practices. The Manager partners closely with HR leadership to ensure employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and disciplinary actions are handled consistently, fairly, and in compliance with organizational policies and applicable employment laws.
