The CLO is responsible for developing commercial loan business relationships.  The individual will actively prospect for business opportunities to grow the loan portfolio and work with existing members to broaden and deepen existing relationships.  The Commercial Loan Officer is an active member of the bank’s sales team and is expected to appropriately introduce customers and prospects to internal bank partners to help ensure the customer’s full financial needs are met.  Specific accountabilities include the assessment of all business and / or personal banking needs and providing appropriate and timely solutions to exceed business member expectations.   This position is hybrid, reporting to our Basking Ridge, NJ office 1x per week and the ability to travel within the assigned region of Morris County, NJ.
