Financial Reporting Senior Accountant Summary The Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting is responsible for preparing and supporting the Company’s quarterly and annual SEC and DOT filings, including Forms 10 Q, 10 K, and Form 41. This role researches, interprets, and applies U.S. GAAP to complex transactions and prepares clear, audit ready technical accounting memoranda. The position also supports Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance through the design, execution, and documentation of key controls, and partners cross functionally to drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and cost containment initiatives across the organization.
