COMPENSATION ANALYST Compensation Analyst - Human Resources
Position Summary
The Compensation Analyst supports the design, analysis, and administration of Archbold’s compensation programs to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and regulatory compliance. This position partners closely with HR leadership, Finance, and department leaders to design and administer compensation strategies that attract and retain top healthcare talent while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation Program Management
Administer and maintain job descriptions, pay structures, and compensation policies in alignment with organizational philosophy and market competitiveness.
Develop and maintain salary structures and incentive programs for clinical and non-clinical roles.
