Director, Management Operations American Pool specializes in commercial pool management, staffing, maintenance, and repair & renovation, with a focus on safety across the East Coast and select Southwest markets. We are looking for a Director of Management Operations to join our team and serve as a key leader in our regional operations. This role combines safety leadership, customer service excellence, and client relationship management with oversight of pool management operations across our portfolio of approximately 35-40 commercial and community pools. The ideal candidate brings a strong aquatics safety background and exceptional customer service skills.
