Description: We are looking for a bilingual Human Resource Manager to join our organization. The human resource manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function. They will assist with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource corporate office in recruiting, staffing, employee onboarding/offboarding, training, and benefits administration. This is an on-site position in Doral, FL. (Miami Area) Requirements: Develops and administers various human resources plan and procedures for all company personnel. Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department.  Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
