Senior IT Field Service Engineer (Commercial MSP) Position Summary: The Senior IT Field Service Engineer is a hands-on, customer-facing technical professional responsible for delivering onsite IT support, infrastructure services, and advanced troubleshooting for commercial clients. This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer with Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience who thrives in dynamic environments, supports multiple client sites, and serves as a trusted technical resource.
