Job Details Description Location/Department: Pharmacy Full time benefit eligible - 80pp Job Summary: Responsible for planning, organizing & directing the overall operation of the Pharmacy department, ensures compliance with patient care quality standards as it relates to the care provided to all age groups of patients.  Manges & controls the purchase of inventory maintenance of pharmaceuticals & related substances & supplies, participates in the department’s planning, revenue analysis, budgeting education & human resources activities.  The Manager works closely with the Director of Oncology & Pharmacy Services, the medical staff, the President & other Senior Leaders as needed, & other directors & department managers in meeting organization wide pharmacy needs.  Has frequent contact with patients, nursing staff, physicians & Materials Management.  External contacts are sales representatives & peers in other...
