Established 3 yr private practice seeking full time associate. Our practice has the best patients and staff, it is truly a family practice. Open 4-5 days a week, we provide general dentistry, implants, Invisalign, oral surgery, and endodontics. We have established systems in place that allow for the best working environment. We have a very efficient schedule and well trained staff. Our number one priority is patient experience and making sure our patients feel valued. The practice has really taken off and we need to add a 2nd doctor to the office. The doctor schedule will be busy on day 1. The ideal candidate would have a couple years of experience but willing to train the right doctor straight out of school. Leadership, effective communicator, time management, and treatment presentation will be key skills.
