JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Healthcare Operations will focus efforts on managing the operational aspects of the healthcare business within Hilldrup. This person will be judged on the overall success of these projects, which is to include customer satisfaction and profitability. This person will oversee operations, pricing, scope of work, client presentations and setting up the appropriate team to manage this business. This role ensures that all projects are properly scoped, contracted, priced, delivered on time, within scope and budget, while achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction, compliance and service excellence.
