We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist– to provide professional dental services to complement the delivery of integrated team-based, whole-person, trauma-informed primary health care services through a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model of care. The position is full-time for 30 to 40 hours per week to include (3) to (4) workdays Monday through Friday.
