Responsibilities: Position Summary:   The Bilingual Customer Service Specialist is responsible for professionally responding to and interfacing directly with customer service calls from established accounts, including customer inquiries with orders/deliveries, AR/AP balance issues, fulfilling orders and addressing special requests.
