This position is for a Billing Associate/ Insurance Account Representative.    SUMMARY: The Billing Associate is responsible and accountable for timely insurance billing, insurance follow-up and monitoring denials.  This position requires you to act professionally and respectfully in adverse situations, maintaining the ability to think critically and rationally under stress, while presenting a positive attitude. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: High school diploma or GED required. Experience: A minimum of three (3) years verifiable customer service experience, with a minimum of one (1) year previous billing experience preferred.
