Nutrition Assistant, Lead (SW) Summary: Under the direction of the Patient Services Manager or Assistant Director, performs essential food and nutrition duties associated with patient menu selection, tray and nourishment distribution, meal tray assembly and set up. Primary person in responsible for operation of kitchen in absence of management.
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Licensure: None required
Experience: Previous Nutrition Assistant experience required. Strong knowledge of therapeutic diets and back of the house kitchen operations.
