Overview:
The LTC ACO Executive Assistant provides one on one support to the LTC ACO President, acting as a liaison with internal and external parties. This position handles confidential information with a high degree of discretion. A variety of assignments, some of considerable complexity, are involved requiring familiarity with the operating details of the organization and the ability to interpret and apply departmental procedures. This position handles a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the clerical and administrative function of the office. This position requires the ability to operate pro-actively and independently to assure a high level of administrative support for the LTC ACO President.
