NURSE PRACTITIONER Job Summary: Give back to our nation's Veterans! Practitioners will be in a clinic setting to provide one-time Physical Health Assessments to active-duty military personnel & Compensation and Pension evaluations to Veterans, which includes reviewing the PHA form, Functional Capacity Certificate, and any medical records the Service Member brings to the event. Practitioners will also interview Service Members to provide additional details as to the status of current and past medical issues, and a very brief focused exam based on the claim may be required. Practitioners provide focused assessments, review diagnostics, and provide documentation on the 2766 in Service Member’s medical record. Job Duties: Provides C&P (Compensation & Pension) services to claimants including but not limited to taking health histories, performing assessments, diagnostic testing.
