The Construction Coordinator is a critical administrative role within our construction team, responsible for managing the pre-construction process. The primary focus of this position is to ensure that all necessary permits and entitlements are obtained promptly, enabling construction projects to start on time. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Director of Construction and the entire construction team to streamline operations, facilitate communication, and ensure that all pre-construction activities are completed efficiently. Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly Responsibilities: Permitting & Entitlements: Coordinate and manage the permitting process for all construction projects, including new home construction and renovations.
