Overview: The Distribution Logistics Coordinator ensures that our customer transportation needs are met or exceeded by providing excellent customer service. Other responsibilities include, but not limited to, answering/routing calls, planning and scheduling, other clerical duties as directed by management.   Available Shift: Monday - Thursday: 5PM - 3:30AM Responsibilities: Services both external and internal customer needs on a regular basis Coordinates on the scheduling of orders with carriers (internal. external and/or brokerage) Manage shipment queue and priority lists Provides load and/or order tracking/tracing and completes adjustments as needed Repowers loads as carrier fall off/cover expedites orders as they arrive Coordinates daily communication to all parties involved on potential service issues, problems and/or delays Compiles data for daily reports Compiles and transmits carrier information to customers to expedite future orders Coordinate on the...
