The Human Resource Administrator is responsible for providing a variety of Human Resource responsibilities for the division including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee training, and retention. This role ensures compliance with employment policies and supports Human Resource operations to meet organizational goals.
RE SPONSIBILITES
Post job openings, review resumes, coordinate interviews, verify references, and communicate with candidates.
Assist management in hiring permanent employees and securing temporary workers.
Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events as needed
Maintain recruitment processes, including applicant tracking via the ICIMS platform
Utilize Linkedin Recruiter and other tools to actively source candidates.
Communicate with managers regarding candidate selection and hiring decisions.
