Overview:   Internship Program – Summer 2026 Duration: 4 weeks Pay: $20–$22 per hour Program Overview This internship provides hands-on exposure to both corporate and field operations within a federal construction management company. The intern will participate in structured job shadowing to gain a practical understanding of how federal construction projects are planned, managed, and executed. Schedule & Rotation Overview The internship will include a mix of remote and onsite shadowing: Corporate Functions (Remote): Shadow Human Resources, Contracts, Project Controls, and Finance teams. Project Site – Kodiak, Alaska (Onsite): Shadow the project team, including the Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO), Superintendent, and Quality Control Manager (QCM).
