*Position Highlights:* * Observe the needs of the residents and respond to those individual needs. Respond to all call bells in a timely manner. * Perform or assist with bed baths, tub baths, showers, oral hygiene, grooming and bedside care as well as toileting and/or incontinence care. * Make beds, change linen and keep resident’s rooms neat and tidy. * Provide food and liquids for nutritional intake. Complete required documentation. * Take temperatures, pulses, respirations, blood pressures and weights, and document results.
