Job Title: Director of Nursing (DON) – Senior Living Department: Nursing Reports To: Facility Administrator/CEO FLSA Status: Exempt Job Summary The Director of Nursing (DON) provides strategic, administrative, and clinical leadership for the nursing department within a senior living community.
