Job Overview: *Triad Health Systems, Inc. is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving the communities of Gallatin, Owen, and Carroll Counties. We’re looking for a full-time pharmacist to join our team and support patient-centered care across our three pharmacy locations in Warsaw, Carrollton, and Owenton, Ky. The ideal candidates for this position can work autonomously to make sound clinical and operational decisions and a willingness to adapt as roles and responsibilities evolve according to the needs of the facilities. Pharmacy hours are 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday and closed for up to 11 Board-approved holidays.
