Overview: The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for processing time cards, computing and processing wage / salary payments and related withholdings. This position reports to the Payroll Manager. Responsibilities: Gathers and compiles time records to be processed into database system. Prints paychecks for non-driver payroll groups. Prepares and mails paychecks to employees. Handles incoming mail and sorts within department. Assists in the preparation data to file for Federal, state and other taxes.
