Hours: M-F 8:30AM-5PM

JOB SUMMARY:
The Perioperative & Procedural Customer Service Representative provides administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations within the department. This is a back office role coordinating patient scheduling, updating electronic medical records, and assists with referrals, authorizations, and documentation related to patient care.
