Customer Service Specialist, Patient Accounts POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for responding to patient account questions, resolving product or service concerns, and clarifying customer complaints received web portal, by telephone, and in face-to-face interactions. Role includes actively listening, researching and analyzing problems, identifying potential solutions, and expediting corrections or adjustments. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Customer Service: Promote a patient-centric approach to resolving patient account balances.
