The Administrative Director is accountable for operational excellence, business development, access optimization, and physician engagement across multiple clinical divisions and service lines. Financial Analyst Prepares and analyzes clinic financials and provider reports, collects clinic and hospital statistics, prepares journal entries, reconciles accounts, and assists in preparation of clinic budgets. Requires the ability of applying principles of accounting, logic and scientific thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Develops relationships and maintains effective communication with Clinic Leaders and Supervisors. Reports to Director of Finance. Chief Financial Officer The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the activity in the Accounting Department (Accounts Payable/Payroll/Accounting), Revenue Cycle, and other departments as assigned. Oversees and verifies accounting transactions in these departments (revenue and expense; variances, benchmarks, and statistics). Responsible for preparation of hospital budget, regulatory reports, monthly and annual financial report, and bench marking reports.
