What You'll Be Doing The Loan Documentation Specialist at Bank Iowa is responsible for the bank wide creation of Commercial, Ag and Consumer loan documentation packages. This person will ensure prepared packages adhere to regulatory, statutory and bank standards while properly protecting bank investments. They will work closely with loan processing specialists and relationship managers ensuring that agreed upon service level agreements are maintained. This person will provide a friendly, quality internal and external client experience and treats internal and external clients with respect and dignity at all times.
