Overview: The Manager will work in close collaboration with the Women's and Children's dyad leaders to develop and advance initiatives specific to the provider practice. The Manager will also assist with daily operations, focusing on enhancing accountability and overall effectiveness within the department. The Practice Manager holds responsibility for overseeing the central administration and fiscal management of provider services for Women's and Children's. This includes coordinating, planning, guiding, and evaluating the non-medical activities of the department to ensure smooth functioning.
