Job Summary: The Administrative Coordinator assists the Director of Planned Gifts and provides administrative and operational support to the gift planning program. The Coordinator performs a variety of advanced administrative duties, including assisting with scheduling, correspondence, travel and events planning, file and database maintenance. We have partnered with a 200 unit Market Rate property in Troy who is looking to enhance their maintenance team.   Compensation range: $28-31/hour Maintenance Supervisor •    Regular inspection of buildings and grounds.
