We have partnered with a 200 unit Market Rate property in Troy who is looking to enhance their maintenance team.   This position is responsible for Turnovers and Maintenance order.  Pay is $24-28/hour with a schedule of 8am – 5pm Mon-Fri (on call as needed) Junior Maintenance Tech         Position Summary The Maintenance Technician supports daily maintenance operations for our properties.
