Overview: This position is for UF Health Flagler Hospital   Reports to the Director of Facilities. Responsible for the management of day-to-day operations for the Facilities Department to include Plant Services and Asbestos Program Management. Ensures adherence to all Federal, State and Local regulatory rules pertaining to the physical plant and facilities functions. Provides coordination for renovation and construction projects as assigned by the Facilities Director. Provides coordination for asbestos operations and maintenance functions to include training on asbestos to employees and contractors. Acts as the initial decision maker on all asbestos related matters.
